1. I purchased a Spotlight Deal, but haven't received my voucher.
Spotlight Vouchers are emailed out after a deal closes. If you have not received your Spotlight voucher via email, it may have gotten hung up in your Junk Mail or Spam. Please look in these folders for your voucher.

Also, you can retrieve any of your purchases (for yourself or gift purchases) by logging into your account.

1. I signed up for the Daily Spotlight email, but don't always receive them.
Your Spotlight email is probably getting hung up by spam filters or being placed in your junk mail folder. If you can find one of these emails, move it to your inbox, and either "mark us as safe" or add us as a contact.

I like today's deal - how do I get it?
Just click "BUY" before the offer ends. There are three different types of Spotlights!
    1. Center Stage (straight discount) – This type of spotlight doesn’t change no matter how many people buy it. The price will remain the same until the maximum purchase quantity is met or the deal closes.
    2. Standing Ovation - This type of spotlight gets better the more people that buy it. Everyone will receive the lowest price level that is reached. Your credit card will not be charged until the lowest price level is reached.
    3. Early Bird – This type of deal allows the early bird to get the lowest price of the day. The deal is still available to everyone at a fantastic rate, but a limited amount will be available at a special Early Bird rate.
Can I use my Spotlight the same day I buy it?
No. Spotlight Deals are available to be redeemed at local merchants at NOON on the day AFTER the deal closes.
I bought a Spotlight Deal - how do I use it?
Upon a successful credit card transaction, you'll receive an email with a printable Spotlight voucher. The Spotlight has redemption instructions and a map right on it!
Can I buy a Spotlight Deal as a gift for someone else?
Yes, unless the deal restrictions specifically states otherwise. To have us send them the gift, select the gift option at checkout.
If I don't use the full value of the Spotlight Deal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for unused portions of your Spotlight.
Can I combine my Spotlight Deal with other offers or specials?
No, not unless your specific Spotlight Deal states otherwise.
Am I billed as soon as I buy a Spotlight?
This depends on type of Spotlight you purchased. For Early Bird and Center Stage (standard) deals, your credit card is charged immediately upon you completing your order. For a Standing Ovation deal, your card will be authorized, but not charged at the time of checkout. Your credit card will be charged once the lowest price level of the day is reached or the deal closes.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club.
Is Spotlight Deal safe?
Yes. We wouldn’t have it any other way. We take the security of your personal information very seriously and utilize 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your credit card information. Additionally, we don't sell your personal information to any third parties
Do you have a refund policy?
Of course we do. We like to keep our customers happy, so we keep things simple. If you would like a Refund of your purchase on KELOLAND Spotlight, just give us a call within 30 days of your purchase. We'll refund your money and you'll forfeit your Spotlight Deal voucher. Simple enough for you?
What happens if my Spotlight Deal expires?
Unfortunately, your voucher loses it’s value if you are not able to use it before the stated expiration date, unless specified otherwise by your state’s law.
Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?
We only remove comments when someone is making personal attacks or engaging in other conventional forms of trolling.
What’s With These “Deal Restrictions”?
