Surprises By LJB was founded in 1999 by three sisters: Lisa, Julie, and Brenda. We began serving the Sioux Falls area as a home-based mobile event/party planning and decorating business.  As our business grew, we opened storefront in Harrisburg, South Dakota in 2004. 

As of July 10, 2006, we relocated to 8th & RR Center in Downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  You will only find fun-loving, creative but yet serious-minded professionals at Surprises By LJB.  Our owners and staff are committed to excellent service, creativity, uniqueness, and quality products.

Throughout our existence, we have served customers for every occasion from small balloon deliveries, all special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc.,), corporate events, non-profit events, school and college events, in-store promotions, picnics, fairs, festivals, and special events up to 5,000 people.

In 2010, we look forward to bringing you *New* Designs for Deliveries as well as Events.
*We deliver balloon bouquets and singing telegrams within 30 mile area of Sioux Falls, SD.
