I purchased a Deal, but haven't received my voucher.
Vouchers are emailed out after a deal closes. If you have not received your voucher via email, it may have gotten hung up in your Junk Mail or Spam. Please look in these folders for your voucher.

Also, you can retrieve any of your purchases (for yourself or gift purchases) by logging into your account.

Common Email Questions

I signed up for the Daily Deal email, but don't always receive them.
Your Deal email is probably getting hung up by spam filters or being placed in your junk mail folder. If you can find one of these emails, move it to your inbox, and either "mark us as safe" or add us as a contact.

I bought a Deal Voucher - how do I use it?
Upon a successful credit card transaction, you'll receive an email with a printable voucher. The Voucher has redemption instructions and a map right on it!
Can I buy a Deal as a gift for someone else?
Yes, unless the deal restrictions specifically states otherwise. To have us send them the gift, select the gift option at checkout.
If I don't use the full value of the Deal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for unused portions of your Deal.
Can I combine my Deal with other offers or specials?
No, not unless your specific Deal states otherwise.
Am I billed as soon as I buy a Deal?
Yes, your credit card is charged immediately upon you completing your order.

Of course we do. We like to keep our customers happy, so we keep things simple. If you would like a Refund of your purchase on KELOLANDSpotlight, just give us a call within 30 days of your purchase. We'll refund your money and you'll forfeit your Deal voucher. Simple enough for you?
What happens if my Deal expires?
Unfortunately, your voucher loses it’s value if you are not able to use it before the stated expiration date, unless specified otherwise by your state’s law.

Each business is unique in how they do business. Take a look at the restrictions of each deal carefully before you buy. They usually refer to how many deals you are allowed to redeem for yourself, whether or not the deal can be combined with any other offers, etc.
